When it comes to awakening those who awaken others you've got to have a bullet proof plan, indisputable proof, and sharp words to drive your point home. But even if you have all these things and you truly believe in what you have to say you've got to remember they believe in what they have to spout just as strongly. Other wise they wouldn't be toting it.

So just be ready for a hot fight and to agree to disagree. Because already "awakened" minds are the hardest to change.

Enlightment is something that's gained through personal experience. It's a cognitive breakthrough, because of that there is no general method to "wake people up". It's an individual basis kind of thing. To set down a set of guidelines might help to focus a person in a certain direction, but there's no guarantee that they'll take anything of a deeper and profane level from it.

So there's no real blanket solution, it would all depend on what method would be most conducive toward revelation for the Initiate. And sometimes that modus operandi may seem like a total crock to you, but if it's meaningful to them you'll need to be flexible enough to guide them nonetheless. Or at the least direct them to someone better suited for their needs.

Time. That is the only thing that will enable others to find enlightenment. Everyone's individual path comes to them sooner or later.

Everyone has a different road to go if searching for enlightment. No path is the same. Sometimes to awaken, you have to take a shocking cold icebath that leaves no doubt. and with others, enlightment has to be taken down a slower more firm road. It all depends on how one learns and gets the point the best.

There is a very wise scripture verse that says "Let no man suddenly lay hands on you." Basically put, know the person who is trying to awaken you. Know their spirit, their beliefs, their gifts, their lifestyle, and spiritual relationships. The last thing you need is a person who is trying to impart their spirit/energy to you that is tainted with supernatural crapola. By the way, I have been called to lay hands on people to bring out their giftings (we call it "fruits of the spirit" but others would consider it a form of awakening)or for healings. But, these people actually know me, the life I lead, and my spiritual relationship with my creator.

Keep Your Mind Open and always listen.
Don't be afraid to ask questions because only a fool would talk and sound stupid.

Look for beings of different belief systems than yours...you will always learn something new.
And listen to the quiet within....

I found that the nature was to best way to help achieving enlightment. Become one with the planet, the stars and the ground on whish we stand. Clear you thoughts and be open hearted, most importantly don't give up. I often say, the way to the possible lays in the heart of the impossible.
